At times when I face the challenges of day to day life, I have created a habit of listening to someone wise, reading quotes or reviewing  my life’s vision and goals. Sometimes I watch an inspiring video. 

If you feel like you need a boost of energy and inspiration, this one is for you .  Make sure that you have a box of Kleenex  ready by  your side…

One day,  a son asked his father, if  he wanted to run a marathon together and  despite the father’s heart condition,  they did.  Another day, the son asked the father ,  if he would like to participate in one of the most difficult  triathlon competitions  in the world – The Hawaiian Iron Man competition. He  said yes…

And so  they swam  3.86 km , cycled 180.2 km and ran 43.19 km…..  Enjoy and be inspired…
